Brian founded Eastern Public in an effort to bring his personal commitment to integrity to the public adjuster profession, delivering insightful, thoroughly researched claims that address the unique needs of his clients. Brian draws on a business background in building construction and design, claims management, and insurance industry practice and law to assist policyholders across the Eastern US. A leader in the industry, Brian serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) as well as the New York Public Adjusters Association (NYPAA). Brian is Chairman of the NAPIA Professional Education committee and is the chairman of the Unauthorized Practice of Public Adjusting task force. He is a 2002 graduate of Full Sail University and a native of Pennsylvania. Brian’s other passions include spending time with his family, following politics, playing guitar, and enjoying the outdoors. He is an avid boxing enthusiast and lifelong Las Vegas Raiders football fan.

• Licensed Public Adjuster in NY, NJ, PA, CN, NC, SC, Virgin Islands.
• Nationally Certified Insurance Appraiser and Umpire.
• Experienced Catastrophic & Large Scale Claims Adjuster.
• 20 Years of Industry Related Experience.
• Individual State Certifications in Claims Preparation, Risk Management, & Textile Restoration.
• Studied Acoustic Building Principles and Design as a graduate of Full Sail University.
• Extensive Flood and Water Damage Claims Experience; LEAD Abatement/Hazardous Material Trained.
